Praying the Devotion

In its simple form, the devotion to Our Lady of Sorrows can be prayed by saying an Our Father prayer, followed by seven Hail Marys - whilst meditating on each of the seven sorrows below.

For each Sorrow of Our Lady, read the short description and prayer before saying the Our Father and the seven Hail Marys
